Salt fog is harm for electrical and electronic products.The measurement of salt fog is the basis of analyzing the performance of electrical and electronic products in the environment.At present,we mainly use salt spray test to verify the corrosion resistant of electrical and electronic products.But the salt fog corrosion effect is a slow process,and salt spray test is not applicable to other studies.Especially in the study of the influence of electric energy metering device performance,it needs long time,automatically monitoring of environment.Existing salt fog measurement method needs manual operation,and the time of preparation is very long.Also the operation steps are very complex.To solve these problems,this paper proposes a salt spray automatic measurement method,designs a salt fog automatic measurement system,and provides automatic measurement of salt fog for typical environment joint test base.In this paper,the automatic measurement system of salt fog was studied as follows:1?Salt fog automatic measurement method is studied.Based on the existing salt fog measurement methods,Salt fog automatic sampling method is designed.Salt fog automatic analysis method is designed through the experiments.It meets the measurement requirements on the island.The principle and basis of salt fog measurement is introduced in detail2?Design and implementation of a salt fog automatic measurement system.According to the salt fog automatic measurement method,salt fog sampling device and analysis device are designed and realized.Data acquisition and control system is designed based on embedded system.The power supply system is developed.The development of system software is completed.And the test model is completed.3?Analyzed the uncertainty and error analysis of salt fog automatic measurement system.Measurement model is established.Standard uncertainty components are analyzed.Synthetic uncertainty and expanding uncertainty of the system are calculated.The source of error is analyzed through the experiments.4?Finally,an experiment platform is established to verify the principle of salt fog automatic measurement.The device of the system is deployed in test base on the island.By analyzing the results of salt fog automatic measurement,the effect of the system is verified.
