Global manufacture will use intelligent electronic maintenance and provide technique supporting during the whole product life-span based on internet in 21st century, these are the key that we improve manufacture productivity and product after service field to achieving global one-up status. Equipment condition monitoring, pre-diagnosis, life evaluation, re-modeling scheduling and process track for reducing or eliminating stopping machine time is the base of intelligent electronic maintenance. Leneate centralized monitoring model of "sensor/transmitter - instrument - PC expert system" formed since 1980s almost has not been changed. The paper take the lead in creating wireless integrated network flat, solving equipment condition monitoring multi-sensor mixed used , signal processing, data processing, short distance wireless data transmitting integrated technique key in node, and realizing equipment condition monitoring wireless network.The paper realizes principal and subordinate node under the fund of American Rockwell Automation corporation and based on the analysis of WINS 1 configuration. Node hardware structure includes sensor module , microprocess module, wireless data transmitting module, power supply module and interface. Principal node is composed of top grade PC and wireless data transmitting devices; suborninate node is composed of pc!04 embedded computer, data acquisition board, wireless data transmitting device. Suborninate node complete picking up equipment fault information and making machine learning arithmitics, and transmitting equipment condition information operated to principal node or the other subordinate node by the way of wireless data transmitting device, at the same time, it can receive the information of optimized model arithmetic and equipment condition parameter from principal node.The paper emphasis on several work described as follows:1, Deeply research the WINS 1 configuration of American RockwellAutomation Corporation. 2, Using dual port RAM IDT7208 to develop data acquisition board basedon PC104 ISA bus. 3, Using PC104 embedded computer, data acquisition board and wireless datatransmitting device etc to compose subordinate note system. 4, Drawing communication protocol between principal node and subordinatenode, and implementing communication program. 5, Using the method of virtual value. kurtosis, time domain averaging andso on to pick up equipment fault information, and processing data bythe method of SVM theory.My experiment has been proved that the method of constituting wireless integrated network system is reliable.
