RFID,a non-contact automatic identification technology which uses radio frequency technology,is an important component of Internet of things.In recent years,with the development and widely application of RFID systems in logistics,transportation,libraries,military and other fields,RFID technology has been highly paid attention to by governments around the world.This paper,firstly,describes the establishment of RFID protocol at home and abroad?development status in RFID Internet of Things industry?and the influence and future development scenarios of RFID.Secondly,through the research and interpretation of China's national standard RFID air interface protocol,this paper proposes a feasible solution of reader baseband design,and uses MATLAB tool to make a simulation and verification.Then,we use a top-down method to make a detailed design of FPGA program,which passes board-level verification in Quartus software platform of Altera.Meanwhile,by filtering process to transmission RF signal,this design can satisfy the adjacent channel rejection and RF envelope parameters of the protocol,and can improve label recognition rate by filtering echo signal of the received tag and subtracting DC dislocation phase.Finally,the experiment results show that: This design can effectively implement FPGA-based TPP coding,FM0/Miller decoding,output adjacent channel rejection,carrier offset and other functions,while system performance can achieve the requirement.Key issues of this paper include FPGA-based TPP Coding;hardware implementation and software control of RF front-end carrier cancellation,RF signal envelope from reader to tag,implementation of low-pass filter about IP core mode design based on Matlab FDATOOL and Altera Quartus,FPGA-based FM0/Miller decoding.
