With the renewal of science and technology,the development of modern agricultural technology in our country is also constantly improving.At present,the number of agricultural greenhouses is increasing,but still adopts more traditional forms of agricultural management,which makes the control effect of greenhouses unsatisfactory,and has a low level of networking.Therefore,the research on the intelligent greenhouse control process has far-reaching significance.In this paper,the Internet of Things technology and fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm are combined with greenhouses.Firstly,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of greenhouse environmental factors,the main control parameters in the greenhouse environment are determined,and the greenhouse is designed according to the control characteristics of the main factors.The environmental factors of greenhouses were controlled and a corresponding mathematical model was established.Second,the greenhouse temperature control strategy was studied.A fuzzy adaptive PID controller was designed for the characteristics of greenhouse temperature,such as nonlinearity and large lag.According to the actual requirements of greenhouse temperature,PID parameters were adjusted online to achieve optimal control of greenhouse temperature.Simulation results show that the algorithm has good effectiveness in the temperature control process.Again,based on the architecture of the Internet of Things in combination with ZigBee wireless sensor network technology,an intelligent greenhouse control system based on the Internet of Things technology is designed.Using CC2530 as the microprocessor of wireless communication module,hardware design of corresponding modules such as wireless communication,sensor and coordinator,and software design of related nodes in ZStack protocol stack environment,using LabVIEW software to design the system's host computer interface.Finally,the Internet of Things greenhouse control system is tested and analyzed.The accuracy of the data acquisition of the sensor node is tested and verified.The system WEB release function is tested according to the requirements of the system's remote control.Experimental tests verify that the system design can achieve the desired effect of greenhouses.
