Civil air defense alarming system(CADA) plays a significant part in city security. It is used to report the disaster and forcast emergency usually and used for air defence in wartime. It's the basic means of evacuation of personnel for the people's governments to implement the air defense command. The air defense alarms we are using at present are often missounded,stolen or destroyed due to poor management. These incidents not only undermine the seriousness and authority of air defense alarming, but also seriously disrupted people's normal work, study and living order, causing very serious consequences and impact, and seriously damage the image of the government. So it is an urgent task to apply sensor technology of the Internet of Things and Zigbee wireless technology to the civil air defense alarming system to improve the security of the system.The research of this task is based on the current problems in the civil air defense alarming system and designed a security early warning system for CADA on the basis of project"Qingdao civil air defense alarming system".As a basis for the subject I study the development status of the Internet of Things at home and abroad, and also study the sensor technology and the principle of Pyroelectric infrared sensor , then select a pyroelectric infrared sensor which is more sensitive about the wavelength of infrared radiation on the human body. Besides,I also study the Zigbee wireless network technologies including the Zigbee wireless network topology, Networking, etc. After careful comparison and study, the final choice is Shanghai Shun Zhou's SZ05 series of wireless communication modules as a wireless networking module.The whole system is divided into four parts: the network transmission module, infrared detection module, voice warning module, microcontroller control module. When the infrared detection module detect when a target near the civil air defense alarming, it will send a signal to the microcontroller, the microcontroller will drive the voice alarm module, and then test weather there's the password input, and send messages to PC by the Zigbee wireless network. The management platform will process and response the messages received.
