In recent years,China's economy is still in the state of high speed development,and gradually increase the standard of living and the continuous improvement of the material basis,resulting in a people's living requirements of rapid promotion,it also brings the rapid development of the tourism industry.Due to the market supervision and management regulations have not been very good control,the increasingly fierce competition in the market has not brought the hotel industry a greater development space,low,low efficiency phenomenon seriously affected the further development of the hotel industry in our country.In order to be able to obtain a larger market space,the hotel industry is also constantly changing the quality of service and operational efficiency.Electronic information technology is widely used,so many hotels realize that the development of the hotel service management system has a very important role in the management system of the domestic hotel industry.In this paper,the management system for the use of software development tool is Visual Studio 2008,which using the development language for ASP.Net,hotel management system for the page and the logical processing database using the SQL Server 2005,realize the hotel the whole system of data storage function.The hotel management system mainly has the room management,the reservation function,the customer management,the video function,the system manages five functional areas.According to the needs of hotel management system for the feasibility,function and performance of three aspects of research and analysis,to enable the whole system showing the multi-functional characteristics of comprehensiveness,application,technology,safety and convenience.According to the research and development process of the international system software,this research has made a detailed exposition of the whole process of the whole system.Hotel management system needs analysis part,demonstrates the development feasibility of hotel management system,also in accordance with the establishment of the UML model to find out the customers in hotel management system requirements of the function,and in the whole system of the non functional aspects are also identified.Parts of the design of the hotel management system,using the R&D way from top to bottom,gives the system design for management system,at the same time in the design goal and the requirements of the database also made a limited,the definition of the database structure and logical structure design.The realization of the hotel management system,the completion of the function module for the management system to make the process,while focusing on the security aspects of the entire system.The test part of hotel management system to determine the testing ways and means of detection,the detection process and environment,and choose the test case and the detection process make detailed explanation,through the test determined the R&D system to achieve the requirements of part of the needs analysis,completion of the established objectives,is a value of the hotel management system.
