Hotel Information Management System Based On B / S Structure Design

With the developing of the Enterprise Information System and the broad application of the computer network tecology,it is the obvious trend to utilize computer technology in Enterprise Information Management.The modernized hotel collects the guest room,food and beverage,communication,amusement,commercial culture and other various kinds of services and facilities are the integrated consumption place,because the hotel organizes hugely,there are many service items,so the amount of information is large ,if you want to improve labor produce,lower costs,improve the service quality and management level,promote the economic benefits,must carry on the modernized information management through the computer.In this thesis,the hotel management information system development process, details on how the demand for hotels will be the application of advanced software technologies into a modem hotel management system, developed a more perfect hotel management information system. Firstly, this thesis has introduced the ststus and significance of domestic and international hotel management information system and the development tools which is .NET Framework and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 database system. Secondly, this paper focus on the procedure of the system design, such as systematic demand analysis, scheme demonstration, module design, database design, etc.Finally, this paper implemented hotel information system which includes system management subsystem, basic data management subsystem, hosekeeping subsystem, products management subsystem, daily management subsystem and statistical analysis subsystem. This system has many features, simple operation, friendly interface, good flexibility, high system safety, stable performance.The thesis mainly utilizes theory of management.It analysis and identifies the questions of the MIS of hotel, it worth to leam and study for hotel career. On the basic of investigation and analysis, hotel service process is obtained. It brings up a data handle project. Based on the characters of intern hotel, a framework of hotel management system is given in this article which fits in China's condition. This system combined advanced management experience from many hotels, and is able to solve the problems about room management, management control, work result and work efficiency, which found in daily management. Hopefully can provide a way for hotel businese personel to improve management ability via information and technology.When doing this research, the author adopted empirical approach and documentary data method.
