In order to improve productivity, cut down cost, improve service quality and management level hence promoting economic efficiency, we must achieve modernized information management through computer. This system is developed according to the specific business of Daqing Oil Hotel, mainly in the hotel front desk management as the core, to change the former design ideas about hotel management system. It has a function to assist users to have dynamic data statistics, analysis, and consulting. The hotel management level can always be statistically analyzed by sales, hotel management, and market demand, so as to improve the hotel profits and reduce costs. Through the design of the database, and rigorous logic, then we can modify the permissions to maximally ensure the safety of the system. And also, a variety of hardware and software interfaces to have good maintainability.This hotel management system offers room management, cafeteria management, accounting management, luggage management and powerful financial management. In room management module, operators can find whether room is available, whether room is ordered and checked in with simple operation, all data in this system is managed by database management system. This hotel management system uses powerful Mongo DB as backstage database, which can guarantee data security and application stability.
