For now,the research of the use of X-band marine navigation radar measurements in the marine environment information has been developed over 30 years.With its real-time,convenient,safe and reliable measurement in the marine environment,it can meet the requirements of the indicators for monitoring the marine environment and has been gradually developed into a new means of marine environmental monitoring.Currently,most domestic marine environment monitoring system use imported foreign equipment,they are expensive and inconvenient maintenance.Besides,others use commercial generic acquisition equipment or real-time operating system control hardware acquisition,processing data after uploading to the information processing systems.But the commercial acquisition card can only acquisite radar echo video signal by the trigger,the azimuth signal and bow signal need to be recorded by setting up another hardware.This paper presents a design of acquisition and recording system for X-band marine navigation radar based on CPCI bus with good stability,higher integration,lower cost,and can meet the needs of the acquisition,and formulated the overall performance of the system according with the navigation radar specifications and start the detailed design.Analog signal acquisition circuit built using an high performanced ADC,real-time acquisiting radar echo video signal,azimuth signal and bow signal from the trigger signal excitation,and then concurrent to the FPGA logic control core after throughing highspeed digital isolators.FPGA send the data to the buffer,then transmitted to the PC via the bus bridge chip and the CPCI interface.PC receives the data and documented in accordance with the prescribed format.From the final results of the test,Overall system functions have been achieved.Radar echo video signals,azimuth signal and bow signal can be well restored and can be documented in the PC.it can provide high-precision,high sampling rate for wave inversion from radar data,and can provide hardware support for the further development ofradar signal acquisition and recording systems.
