Data acquisition and processing technique is an important part of the application of the computer techniques. It mainly focuses in the field of data acquisition, data storage and data processing. Computer bus transmits communication among computer main cards. It is important to improve the performance of the data acquisition.PCI bus resolves the problem of data transmittion and rapidly it became the main bus in the computer field due to its good performance. Then, CPCI bus became the stardard bus and it has been applied in the wide fields of the engineering. The realization of the CPCI interface belongs two ways: one is CPLD or FPGA, the other is the special interface chips.The technique of FPGA meets the disadvantage of layout and testing of the detach IC. The design can be improved by modifying the VHDL language, and it can make the hardware design more flexible.As one part of the project on the certain warship, this thesis describes the hard circumstance in the warship and proposes the settlement, such as circuit design, PCB design, structure design, and etc.This thesis proposes two methods to realize the CPCI interface and the second method is adopt: based on the specialized chips PCI9050. Based on it, we relize the circuit design, PCB design. And finally we finish testing the board and software compiling. The board testing comprises testing on hardware and software. Hardware part executes acquisition and stores command according to the software instruction. Software part realizes the management of the data by driving the hareware. By repeated testing, the board realizes the data transmittion and we validate the feasibility of the CPCI bus.
