With the rapid development of the global economy in recent years,the maritime transport business and port trade volume continued to increase,the world shipbuilding industry booming,the demand for marine cranes is also growing.Marine cranes,which are the most common cranes for loading cargo on the shore and at sea,have an important impact on the efficiency and safety of the transport industry.The traditional electrical control system of marine crane based on relay contactor has the shortcomings such as high reliability,high failure rate,difficult to check out fault,insufficient degree of automation,and seriously affecting the working efficiency of marine crane.Therefore,it is very important to develop a set of efficient and highly reliable marine crane electrical control system.This project designs a set of electrical control system for marine crane based on PLC.The functional requirements and performance indexes of marine cranes are analyzed and the structure scheme of the electrical control system is designed.According to the structural scheme,the power supply circuit,electro-hydraulic power,lighting,cab linkage and PLC control system of marine crane are designed in detail,and the hardware design of the electrical control system is completed.Based on the Co DeSys development environment,the functional programming flow of the PLC control system is designed by using the modular programming idea,and the PLC control program is written.The dynamic monitoring of the hoisting,luffing and rotating process of the crane are realized by using the LEVI Studio configuration software,and the temperature,liquid level and the pressure of the pipeline are monitored in real time.And alarm records can query,which improve the system maintainability.At the end,the electro-hydraulic joint debugging and the whole hoisting test of the electrical control system are carried out.The debugging and test results show that the electrical control system of the marine crane realizes the basic functions of the lifting,radial movement and crane rotation of the lifting material,as well as auxiliary functions such as oil temperature automatic control and fault alarm,the maximum lifting capacity and lifting,luffing,rotation speed also meet the performance requirements,fully meet the expected design goals,for the next step to lay a good foundation for the product.
