As the electro-hydraulic proportional system developing to the direction of digitalization and intellectualization, digitized network control is becoming a new direction of development of the electro-hydraulic proportional control system.Research on digitized management and control for electro-hydraulic system based on CAN Bus is the combination of CAN bus network communication technology and electro-hydraulic proportional control technology, in order to achieve the digitalization, intellectualization and network management and control for electro-hydraulic proportional system. In this system control valves and sensors are connected to the CAN Bus via the CAN controller, to achieve the combination of traditional hydraulic valves and digitized electro-hydraulic proportional system. This research is based on a laboratory project "Integrated Hydraulic Power System" Designed electro-hydraulic proportional control system based on CAN bus. The system consists of the IPC, PC-CAN card, CAN Controllers. IPC, they form the core of the experimental control system. CAN controllers are located near the devices, and connect with them through I/O port. The main contents of each chapter are summarized as follows: In chapter1:Studied the implementation of the electro-hydraulic proportional control system based on domestic and foreign literature, and then discussed the development of the electro-hydraulic proportional system. Presented the research idea of digitized management and control of the electro-hydraulic proportional system based on CAN Bus.In chapter2:Introduced the overall design of electro-hydraulic proportional control system on the demand of the experimental system based on CAN bus, including the overall system architecture, technical analysis and component selection. Discussed the key issues and related solutions. In chapter3:Described the research and development of the CAN controller used in this research subject. Then described the overall architecture of the CAN controller system, and related module. CAN controllers meet the the basic demand of the experimental system. In chapter4:Described the architecture of the electro-hydraulic proportional control system software. Then discussed the controller software system and host control software. Discussed the basic functions of the CAN controller system software and the basic format of the communication data frame. Described the software process of each module. In chapter5:Described the controller debugging software for the test system in this subject. Described the proportional electro-hydraulic test system architecture based on CAN Bus and the working method of the host control software. Finally achieved the success of the digitized management and control of the electro-hydraulic proportional system based on CAN Bus.
