Electro-hydraulic proportional control technology as the connection of modern microelectronic technology and high-power engineering equipment has become an important aspect of mechatronics. Electro-hydraulic proportional control technology for construction machinery (such as truck crane) can eliminate the complexity and huge hydraulic pipe.Using electric signals to transmit hydraulic parameters can not only speed up the system response, but also make the power systems more convenient and flexible.Combined with a significant project of Changsha city and the demand of truck crane's electro-hydraulic proportional control requirement,this article designes an embedded electro-hydraulic proportional control system based on TLE7242G,and complete the following major tasks: introduces the truck crane's hydraulic transmission mechanism and working principles,establishes a mathematical model of the proportion of electro-magnet, and builds a master-slave structure of electro-hydraulic control system; develops a method of proportioning valve driving circuit which takes use of SPI Bus and also chooses XC164CS(SAK) and TLE7242G as the core chips,accomplishes the design of the whole hardware circuit,including the power module,watchdog module,RS232 interface module,JTAG debug module,the proportion of electromagnet driven interface module, CAN module;analyzes and takes research of the application of CAN bus technology, accomplishes the transplanting of MicroCanOpen protocol in the chip of XC164CS;the master controller makes use of embedded system architecture, with the demand of its practical require,accomplishing the transplanting of bootloader,Linux kernel and root file system in the AT91SAM9261 chip,so that to build a complete platform of embeded system;and also accomplishes the development of the CAN device driver in this platform to meet the real-time communication between the master and slave controllers;at last,introduces the debugging and performance testing process of the above-mentioned hardware and software,including the CAN bus communication simulation debugging,the embedded Linux system'download and startup information and the performance testing process of the electro-hydraulic proportional control system,so that to verify effectiveness and practical value of this article's R&D.
