The electro-hydraulic proportional speed control system has been widely adopted in thehydraulic system of metallurgical machinery and engineering machinery, which has highefficiency, convenient maintenance, strong anti pollution ability and high control precision.The system’s accuracy, speediness and stability of the dynamic characteristics such as easilyaffected by various factors, such as hydraulic components parameters, the system oil and theexternal environment. When some of these tiny is affected, the performance of the entirehydraulic system play a limited or no normal operation. In this paper, combined with theproject "electro-hydraulic proportional experiment station research and development",electro-hydraulic proportional speed control system as the research object, and using themodeling and simulation software system AMESim for modeling and simulation analysis ofthe hydraulic system of hydraulic components, orthogonal experimental method is used toplay a major role is analyzed, and then use genetic algorithm analysis optimization of theparameters of PID controller in the hydraulic system. Comparison of characteristic curveobtained by theoretical simulation model and physical experiment, also analyzed the factorsof internal and external influence actual in hydraulic system. This paper mainly completed thefollowing research work and achieved certain results:(1) Analysis of the composition of the electro-hydraulic proportional speed controlsystem and its working principle, built by using power bond graph model of the whole system,analysis of hydraulic system of the flow and energy flow, clear optimize direction.(2) Simulation technique of electro-hydraulic proportional speed control system ofAMESim modeling and simulation analysis are carried out based on the dynamic performanceof the system, research.(3) On the electro-hydraulic proportional speed control system test rig is improved,introduces the regulating principle of its working principle and controller, through the analysisof the performance curve of the test results, the parameters of controller function, and theresults were compared with the simulation curve, verified the correctness of computersimulation technology.(4) Using the orthogonal experimental method to play a major role in the hydrauliccomponents parameters such as spring stiffness, throttle valve opening is analyzed. At thesame time, the use of genetic algorithm to optimize the parameters of PID controller, so thatthe rapidity, accuracy and stability of hydraulic system have been significantly improved.In the entire design process, using the computer simulation technology for analysis andoptimization of the electro-hydraulic proportional speed control system.The computersimulation technology in reducing the basic physics experiment investment, can provide thesupport for the design and optimization of hydraulic system. The work in this thesis related product development and innovation in the future have guiding significance.
