The research on programmable Electro-hydraulic proportional controller is meaningful, as it is widely applied in hydraulic industry and it is a key point to improve the intelligentizing level of electro-hydraulic proportional control system. There are many key technologies in this research:power driver of proportional solenoid, parameter self-tuning power driver of proportional solenoid and position measurement of spool of proportional valve.In the dissertation, after the power driven analysis on traditional proportional solenoid, a kind of new tri-state modulation power driven structure is designed. Then a parameter self-tuning power driver of proportional solenoid is designed and the parameter self-tuning scheme is given. Also it is focus on the design of high-pressure Hall position sensor, and the nonlinear compensation is applied to improve the sensor performance on spool position measurement by the programming electro-hydraulic proportional controller. Finally basing on the above key technologies a new programming electro-hydraulic control system is given, and its hardware and software are designed.The dissertation is organized as following,Chapter one illustrates the meaning of this research as electro-hydraulic system is smaller and more intelligent in today's applications. The literature survey of the above three topics is given here and the research work in this dissertation is emphasized.Chapter two designs a kind of new Tri-state modulation power driven structure and its hardware circuit, which is implemented digitally. Some experiments has been done, and the results show that this Tri-state modulation power driven structure can improve the steady state and transient performance, save the power supply, attenuate ripple current, and adjust the magnitude and frequency of low-frequency dither signal independently.Chapter three is describes a kind of new parameter self-tuning power driver of proportional solenoid and its parameter self-tuning control scheme. The experiment result shows that the coil parameters of proportional solenoid can be achieve automatically by parameter self-tuning law and come to adjust the control parameters automatically later. The main advantage is that this power of proportional solenoid can fit for different kinds of proportional solenoid, and the performance of current-loop is still good enough.Chapter four the design of a new high-pressure Hall position sensor. The principle and structure are described here. A model is built by finite element method. The simulation is done to guarantee the structure parameters and performance. Finally the prototype is produced and the test result shows the good performance.Chapter five is the general description of this new programming electro-hydraulic proportional controller. The structure and feature of this system is illustrated. The hardware and software are designed. Finally it is tested on an electro-hydraulic proportional technology based water-pressure system, and the result shows it works well. So it is proved that this design is rational and has integral functions.Chapter six is some research achievement and the future work.
