The research of the synchronous control system is having been popular topic at home and abroad. Comparing with others. The hydraulie synehronous control have many advantages,such as simple strueture,consitutes convenience,controlled-easily,suited for high power condition ete,and it's extensively applied in the industry.This paper discusses research condition of the hydraulie synchronous control technology in cheeking many documents at home and abroad,and elaborates the development and traits of the eleetro-hydraulic proportional technology in detial. Through the analysis,applying the eleetro-hydraulic proportional teehnology in the synehronous control system has bigger theories meaning and applied value we can get.This paper designs the hydraulic synehronous control system,using the eleetro-hydraulic proportional direction throttle valve,and builds up mathematies model of electro-hydraulic proportional direction throttle valve, nosymmetry fluid cylinder and the hydraulic synehronous control, and analyzes the static and dynamic qualities of the system indetail according to the principle of eontrol theroy. Aiming at these problems,it puts forward a kind of method to resolve in the text. This is destination in the original system to increases some devices and component,change the structure and the function of the system factitiously. This method can resolve the shortage of the system function availably.This paper adoptes to correct a method in many parts, and the synchronization system will be divided into the main circuit subsystem and subsystem bias circuit two parts. Two parts are regulated by the way PID controller, Applying the law of critical proportion of law to regulate the PID controller parameters, In this paper the main circuit loop subsystem and subsystem unpredictable differences in the parameters were Amendment. The method can simultaneously take into account deviation of the worst, also simplified the analysis method, improve the system of control precision. Finally,the system is simulated through computer on the basis of the SIMULINK toolbox of MAILAB language and the results of simulation prove that its qualities satisfied with the praetical.Applied of the above-mentioned means to handle control system, The performance indicators of synchronous hydraulic control system have reached a satisfactory result. Finally this paper through collectting the field test data, The four-cylinder displacement curve shows that the control system of synchronous method reasonable and onclusion is correct.
