With the acceleration of the industrialization process in China,the survival pressure of all kinds of manufacturing enterprises is increasing.The smart meter industry is a typical manufacturing industry.For a long time,the traditional production line of smart meters is not highly automated.The production efficiency is low and the high failure rate restricts the development of enterprises.The smart meter manufacturers urgently need new automated production lines to help them improve production efficiency and save labor costs.Industrial robots technology,automation technology,and digital plant technology make it possible to implement automated production lines with higher automation levels and also provide a good way to upgrade and upgrade enterprises using traditional labor-intensive production pattern.First of all,the paper introduces the research status of digital factory and the necessity of digital meter factory construction in a comprehensive and systematic manner,and explains the significance of study on design and optimization of automatic production line in digital factory of intelligent electricity meter.It mainly introduces the status quo of the research and the application of the enterprises on digital factory technology at home and abroad,using the previous experience and research results to show that the broad application prospects of digital plant technology and the urgency and feasibility of applying digital plant technology to the smart meter industry.Digital factory,acting as a link between product design and product manufacturing,is the integration of information in itself.The main theoretical basis of the digital plant includes lean production,agile manufacturing,intelligent manufacturing,concurrent engineering and virtual manufacturing.The key technologies of digital factory are digital modeling technology,optimization simulation technology,virtual reality technology,software reorganization and integration,application tools and so on.This paper is mainly focused on the optimization of simulation technology in the key technology of digital factory.In order to improve the automaticity of the intelligent meter production line studied in this paper,according to the production process and process of the existing intelligent meter,the design method of the sub-module is used to design the new automatic production line and the artificial use amount is reduced as much as possible.More inexpensive automation equipment and industrial robots is used to replace manual operations in order to save production costs and increase the reliability and stability of automated production lines at the same time.The simulation research is carried out for the new automatic production line of the intelligent meter digital factory.The man-machine engineering analysis,as well as the path optimization of the industrial robot,the interference analysis and the optimization of the equipment utilization in the simulation process,are also carried out.The simulation results show that the design of new automatic production line is reasonable,which avoids the interference problem between devices and improves the utilization rate of equipment.In addition,the human body operation is good,operational attitude and labor intensity are acceptable and stay in a reasonable range.The paper has made some valuable conclusions and experiences on the design of automatic production line which proves the validity of the optimized design scheme and shows the digital factory technology has a good application prospect in the manufacturing field.
