Intelligent logistics,as a key segment in the implementation process of smart factory,it puts forward more stringent requirements in the aspects of punctual and dynamic logistics distribution,coordination of task execution,digitalization and predictability of logistics program implementation.Traditional mode of production logistics,take experience judgment as the main way of planning,its ability to cope with dynamic events in the process of distribution is poorer,can guarantee delivery on time,at the same time in the traditional mode,due to the inadequacy of ability of handling synergies between the carrier and experience to judge the way can't effectively reduce and forecast the risk in the process of logistics,the serious influence the efficiency of task execution.In order to improve the dynamic response ability in the path planning process,the efficiency of multi-carrier cooperative operation and the simulation ability of the logistics system,this paper focuses on the vehicle path optimization problem in the production logistics of smart factory,the cooperative operation problem of transport carrier and the system simulation.The research contents are as follows:(1)Analysis of production logistics problems in smart factory.Firstly,the system architecture of the smart factory is described.On the basis,the management and control model and related processes of production logistics in the smart factory are further analyzed,and the changes that have occurred.Finally,the key issues in smart factory production logistics are elaborated and analyzed.(2)Research on VRP problem of smart workshop.In smart factory equipment needs of dynamic and assignments on time,based on the time window theory,a curve-based soft time window and its cost penalty function are designed,based on cost and satisfaction of vehicle routing optimization mathematical model for optimizing index of the workshop,difficulty in decoding,search ability,and can be adjusted adaptive probability of genetic operators,etc all have improved algorithm to solve the model,and compared with traditional model and traditional algorithms and compare,verify the validity of the model and algorithm in this paper.(3)Research on collaborative operation optimization of multiple smart transport carriers.A collaborative activity optimization model is established which takes the least total task completion time as the main decision function and the least punishment cost as the auxiliary decision function.At the same time,the collision avoidance rules of AGV at intersections are considered in the optimization process,and the priority rules of driving are dynamically adjusted to ensure the safety and punctuality of task execution to the greatest extent.The model is solved by an optimized particle swarm optimization algorithm with adaptive mutation probability.Finally,an example is given to verify that the algorithm has obvious optimization effect in two aspects of intersection waiting time and total task completion time when collision avoidance rules are considered,and the effectiveness of the algorithm in solving performance is compared.(4)Reseach on actual case simulation of smart factory production logistics system.H electric company for the simulation of the instance object and the FlexSim software was used to construct the 3D simulation model of the reduction degree is higher,the above research contents into the operation logic of the model and combining with the experience in H company,designed to "experience + model" as the logic of the model is the core,with multiindex comparison of the original production logistics mode of H company,this paper is verified in the research on the effectiveness of the logistics optimization.Research Conclusion: through the above analysis and research,it is shown that this paper has effective feasibility and practical value for the path planning research in production logistics,multi-transport carrier collaborative optimization research and logistics system simulation research under the mode of smart factory,and also has certain reference significance for the implementation of smart factory.
