| Robot technology and robots are gradually integrated into the manufacturing industry.It’s one of the high-tech fields the world is committed to the development and application.Teaching robot is an important member of the robot family which has the characteristics of industrial robots,so it’s a good platform for students to learn robot technology.In order to research and design the robot suitable for the teaching of secondary vocational schools,according to the development of the teaching robot,this paper proposed a teaching robot control system based on STC12C5A60S2 MCU.Firstly,this paper introduces the significance of developing the teaching robot and the principles of designing the teaching robot.And the design scheme of teaching robot is compared.Then the hardware circuit design and the software program of the control system are discussed in detail.This paper also introduces the design ideas and methods of the teaching robot.According to the requirements of vocational schools for personnel training,the teaching robot needs to have the characteristics of vocational school teaching.The overall design scheme of the teaching robot control system uses STC12C5A60S2 micro controller as the control core of the control system,the host computer adopts the universal PC machine,and the robot body communicates with the PC through the serial port.The hardware circuit is designed of three modules,the DC motor driver chip LMD18200 as the core of the DC motor control module,power driver chip L298N as the core of the non motor driving module and communication module with MAX232 as the core.Based on the above,design the software of the control system and realize the walking,turning,grasping and placing of the robot.Finally,the research work of this paper is summarized,and the future development of teaching robot is prospected. |
