With the popularity of mobile Internet,people's reading needs are expanding from single media to multimedia.Lightweight,visual short-form video is increasingly gaining favor.In the integration of traditional media and new media,combined with short-form video and news is becoming a new field.Short-form mobile video news,refers to the different types of long video news,is the sum of a variety of valuable new facts,can be uploaded on a variety of terminals,sharing.From TV to mobile,from long video to short video,the change of information receiving terminal and media form has a profound effect on the way of journalists work,news content,the audience's choice and participation as well as the information flow model.In the domestic market,the pattern of the main types of communication subjects has been formed;the dissemination of content has obvious personal narrative style,the news forward phenomenon is prominent;transmitting channel becomes more diversified and can be free united;audience is more initiative and mainly the educated youth group;communication model updates for instant-interactive mode.The effect of short-form mobile video news is an important aspect of its user base and influence.On the effect of cognitive level,user contact frequency is high.From the point of view of attitude effect level,more than half of the users approve the value of short-form mobile video news.From the perspective of behavioral effects,compared to the news,users prefer comedy and talk show short video.In addition,user interaction rate is low.Short-form mobile video news spread appeared a series of problems,including the account resources are idle and perfunctory,content's quality is not up to standard,the user interaction is not ideal,promotion strategy.is old.To solve these problems,we need to construct occupation management team,to achieve the use of value added,to regulate standardization of content operation,to innovate mode of governance information,to iterative product promotion strategy.
