With the deepening of global economic integration and China's joining in WTO,China's communication industry has fast development.Accordingly,competition has become unprecedentedly serious,traditional competition mode as “centering on service” gradually cannot meet customers' demands.Personalized products recommended and customized for customers become the key to successful marketing.CRM is designed to meet these demands,in order to dig customers' demands,master customers' consumption habits and true demands on the basis of mass data analysis,it integrates advanced modern management and data digging and other relevant information technology,to analyze demand mode of current inventory customers,and provide basis for enterprises' marketing.The paper discusses importance and necessity of data digging on inventory customer operation,deeply analyzes theoretical basis of customers' demand management and data digging technology.The characteristics of K-means algorithm,decision tree,association rule,genetic algorithm and other data mining algorithms are compared.Combined with theoretical basis of data digging,it designs a stock data analysis& management System.Integrating data digging function according to practical application characteristics of Hunan mobile communication enterprises,intensively introduces specific frame,business process,data collection and cleaning of the system,database design,establishment and organization of data warehouse,realization of data analysis and statement,specific functions and modular design of the system,practice shows that the system can better meet practical demands of enterprises.Among them,from the business understanding,data exploration,data model,function model,based on the training set and test set of data model optimization,data model evaluation and other aspects focuses on the description to establish from the network early warning model and customer churn warning model represented by the value of inventory management system data analysis model.Practice has shown that these early-warning models used for operating analysis systems can quickly and accurately hit target data and provide decision support.It introduces operation process,realization interface and other practical application conditions of sub-system of inventory business,practice shows that the system can better meet practical demands of enterprises.In summary,this thesis presents the design and implementation of the stock analysis system,the system of mining technology to establish early-warning model and customer value from the network churn prediction model and a series of data prediction model using the data,and designed a stock customer retention strategy.After the use of the system,the communication enterprises can maximize the retention of customers,stabilize customer groups,and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving customer retention efficiency.
