The customer information and variable trade information are the blood and intangible assets for bank. It spends huge man power and material resources to maintain and manage. Traditional database can efficiently do operation such as insert / modify / statement / query and so on, but it is hard to achieve transport information between systems, organization sensibly, well co-operation and dig out the relationship and rules of the raw data. All are due to distributed location and non-physical association for different kinds of information system, tradition system and management system. The decision maker and market analyst like facing big mine but no effective tool in hand and can not start up. Therefore most banks are aware of the importance for digging potential value of data in hand. Then they speed up to take the process that let variable transaction data integrate from separated database to data warehouse.This system is proposed in this context, designed and put into practice. The article describes the data warehouse's designation and implementation of customer information. The DW can support all major databases'formations. The source data handle and filter in same way to store union. The core data handle dividedly in two modules and backup in logical level and physical level. The design module is easy to expand. The DW applies to manage bank customer information and summarize the customer information with transaction information. It achieves the goal of customer relationship management. At the same time, basing on marketer's promotion campaign design and transaction expanded, the DW can discover the potential customer and do help for decision support.
