Customer segmentation is effective operation based on customer, CRM, providing personalized reasonably, differential service, will enhance the enterprise the competitive ability.In this paper,it's concentrated on the research of Based on data mining the customer relations management system of customer segment.The article mainly introduces the introduction section of the basic concept of data mining, and the data mining technology development was prospected.
