In recent years,with the development of science and technology,the application of the computer has penetrated into all walks of life,and it has changed the traditional work,study and life style.People will live in the virtual,digital activity spaces,in which people can engage in the information transmission,communication,learning by using information technology.As time goes on,the different geographical features,different styles of art works continue to emerge,the traditional art works management and observation methods exist many kinds of problems.The problem between the rapid expansion of data and the contradiction of traditional management system is becoming more and more obvious.In order to solve the existing problem of traditional art gallery,the art museum management system not only realizes a variety of services of entity gallery,but also offers the better services for the public by making the expansion of time and space and extending the public services and education of entity gallery.For art museum management system,visitors can easy and free to query the various of art works by using navigation system,understand the latest art information at the any time and place via the art information column,and know the public announcement and the latest news through art information column.We analyze the defects of the traditional management system and the characteristics of digital art works,and we focus on the research of digital display platform.The main works are as follows:First of all,We analyze the digital display platform and the business process of the art museum management system,and we redesign and optimize the traditional business process of the art museum management by the using of business process reengineering technology in order to suit for the growing development of digital display and management.Local art museum management system realizes the main functions of art work management,work and author information management,public announcement management,news management,etc.Sceondly,We design the digital display management system based on the platform architecture.MVC design architecture has the characteristic of separating display the logic and the business logic.We realize the local art museum management system by using the MVC design pattern.Last but not least,We realize the platform business and functions of the local art museum management system,which is based on the popular framework.The code realization uses the PHP language.We conduct the system evaluation by using the functional tests and security analysis.Local art museum management system is now in operation on-line.Local art museum management system effectively show the art work,greatly facilitate the remote control for the management and staff,improve the service level for visitors remote.The system provides good experience and reference for the research of the theory and practice in the digital field of art museum.
