Design And Implementation Of Community Policing Information Management System

In today's information technology,computers are used in all areas of society.Its high-speed information processing capability saves human labor.And the modern community policing technology has been widely used in some aspects and areas of the gradual application,such as population management,security management,cyber pursuit,fingerprint battle,and the prevention and control the safety of video.With the deepening of the market economy system reform and opening up with the changes in professional structure and social management,the community information management is changing,which is from unit management to community management.Therefore,it's important to develop a community policing information system,which combined with modern computer technology.With the realization of the depth of police information construction,it will save large amounts of data faster and better.And it s more convenience for its quick and easy maintain and statistical analysis,which can improve the efficiency and service quality of the public security agency.It is very important to strengthen the comprehensive ability to manage the social security.The thesis introduces the relative background,signification and the current situation of the research topic firstly,and then explains the market demand,structure design,database design and each function module of the system based on the theory of the software development lifecycle.The system uses ASP.NET technology and develops Web application based on structure of B/S(browser/server)model.Meanwhile,the system uses C#and Microsoft SQL2012 database to control database in the background of Microsoft Visual Studio.NET.The main functions of the system include the system management,population management,notice management and housing management.Among them,the system management is the administrator module,including user management,role management,rights management and log management.Alarming management,which can add,modify and delete permissions,is for the ordinary user.The administrator only has the right to access to information.Notice management is different from alarming management.It's the administrator module,which the administrator has the right to add,modify and delete permissions,while the ordinary users only see announcement permissions.Last but not the least,the system has been tested,and each system module achieved what we expected.The test result indicates that the Community Policing Information Management System improves the work efficiency of the community polices and reduce the community management cost effectively.
