Design And Implementation Of Community Policing Co-management System

Community police service information management system based on highperformance, uses the computer to manage household information, with manualmanagement of the incomparable advantages, such as: search rapidly convenient, highreliability, large storage quantity, excellent security performance, long service life andlow cost. These advantages can greatly improve the efficiency of Community PolicingInformation Management, but also a manifestation of community managementscientific and standardized. The use of community policing information managementsystem can simplify the work flow, improve the tedious link in previous work, repairrectification loopholes, save the manpower and the material resources, to a largebackground current information construction of police work. The system is used inNET platform in the ASP.NET, developed based on B/S architecture of webapplication, and then in the Microsoft Visual Studio.NET environment, then using theC#programming language and Microsoft SQL2008database to achieve the relatedmanagement work of the backstage database. This system has four basic functionalmodules, respectively is the system management, population management,notification management and housing management. Each function has acorresponding to the operation module, and has a sub function. Management systemcorresponding with the administrator of the operation, sub function of usermanagement, role management, rights management and log management; alarmmanagement belongs to the ordinary residents, can be completed to add, modify anddelete operations, and the administrator can only access to information only; and thecircular management and alarm management instead, administrators can add, modifyand delete operations, ordinary residents can only query related notice. Finally thesystem after the test, has achieved the function demand and performance demandprojections.
