Design And Implementation Of Community Policing Mobile Terminal Application Based On Android Platform

With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology, more and more government agencies begin to use mobile platform to build mobile system, so as to improve the mobility,availability and real-time of the system. Community policing work is an important work of grass-roots public security organs, which needs the police to enter the community, and manage a variety of daily policing work for the community. Taking into account the characteristics of mobility, real-time and accuracy of community policing, this paper is ready to build a community policing mobile terminal application based on Android platform.In this paper, the realization of the community policing mobile terminate application based on Android platform contains GPS positioning, map management, wireless communication, the Android platform, image processing, etc.. so as to provide a modern community policing office mechanism for the first-line police community. In this paper, the community policing terminate application has been implemented in Fujian Province, which not only greatly improves the efficiency of community police affairs, but also effectively improves the living environment and public security environment of the community.From business point of view and user point of view, community policing mobile terminate application divides into six functional modules, such as area survey, recent work,news hall, map service, information service, work logs, which help the community civilian police do the home visits, inspection unit, cross examination, mediate conflicts and disputes,value near search, information query, log, grid household registration, the focus of attention,the case processing and alarm business scene.Compared with other similar applications, this paper of community policing mobile terminate application has some unique characteristics. Community policing terminateapplicationcan match a variety of intelligent terminal models for the Android platform, so as to improve the ability to adapt to the environment. At the same time, the application has very rich business function modules to facilitate the community police's daily business. This paper uses the more advanced MVP model to improve the Android architecture and promote the scalability of the whole application.
