Design And Implementation Of Dalian Community Policing Management System

With the rapid development of Internet technologies, concepts such as traditional "digital government" are achieved and the information construction of related departments of the government is also being constantly enhanced. Although the information level of China's community policing management has been improved constantly, the construction of relevant infrastructure and working system is far from perfect. In the face of aforementioned deficiencies, researching and designing a Dalian community policing management system is extremely urgent. The goal of developing the system is to effectively deal with information of population, public opinion, geography and case inside the area under administration through related computer technologies, achieving scientific information of police case management. Hence, unstable factors can be wiped out at the early stage, so as to improve the efficiency of public security organ.Through a thorough investigation of community policing work, this thesis first illustrates the system background and situations at home and abroad; secondly, it expounds related technologies involved in the system; thirdly, it carries out an effective demand analysis of community policing management and builds relevant use cases; fourthly, it designs a community policing management system and proposes related class diagrams, sequence diagrams and flow charts, etc.; fifthly, it implements the community policing management system and provides corresponding codes; sixthly, it tests the system. The community policing management system adopts UML standardized modeling language, develops by using ASP.NET technology, utilizes SQL Server 2005 as the system database, uses B/S mode in system framework and finally designs four major management modules of population information management, case information management, public opinion information management and geographic information management. Through corresponding tests, the system is able to meet relevant requirements of community policing management.The system adopted, community public security environment has been greatly improved and the number of cases around the community is reduced remarkably. Meanwhile, the working efficiency of local public security organ is also improved, providing full and accurate reference for systems of the same kind.
