The information technology of traditional industry has been improved by the popularization of computers and development of the information technology.However,the transportation of NN city becomes easier to get problems,including traffic jam,traffic accident escape,traffic accident treatment and other traffic problems,with economic growth,urban expansion plus more and more vehicles.The off-site electronic police(e-police)enforcement platform will significantly relieve the pressure of the traffic and improve the efficiency of traffic police enforcement with information technology.So it is of great importance to transportation department of NN city in improving operation efficiency.This paper will discuss how to design and implement off-site e-police enforcement platform based on informatization of law enforcement of NN city's transportation department.Through an in-depth analysis of users' requirements,the platform is divided into three subsystems according to its business functions: data acquisition subsystem,data process subsystem and business management subsystem.The major work of this paper is as follows:(1)Requirements analysis.According to different business functions,the platform is divided into three subsystems.UML use case diagrams and data flow diagrams are used to establish models for each subsystem to identify the functional and non-functional requirements that subsystems need to be implemented,and also,the system logic model was established from different perspectives.(2)System design.First of all,identify the principles of the system design.Then design platform architecture,database and various functional subsystems according to these principles.Finally,the system solution is designed based on framework like SSH or Ext and tools such as ElasticSearch and some middle wares.(3)Platform implementation and testing.Implement the system based on requirements analysis and system design.The platform is developed by Java in Eclipse and uses Git for version control to create three subsystems and 75 modules including 25 modulesindependently created.Functional testing has been done with test cases.Based on observing operation of off-site e-police enforcement platform,the platform is working properly and can meet the demands of users.What's more,it improve the efficiency of management,raise the standard of informatization,save human resource and promote the sustainable development of transportation.
