To carry out the request of social security administration work in Qujing City,fully play the dynamic management functions of patrol service,improvethe patrol prevention and control functions,strengthen the daily management of mobile police stations and duty patrols,promote the standardized construction of police kiosks for public security prevention and control,increase city's public security organs' ability and level of managing dynamic security,Qujing City Public Security Bureau decided to build mobile police kiosk's information management system,through information technology to achieve the transition from traditional work management model to information management model,specifythe management of mobile police stations,enhance public security organ'sablity of prevention and controland level of dealing with complex social security situation,ensure social stability and promotea virtuous circle of social order.With the premise of this,this essay takes Qujing City Public Security Bureau police service as the core of the business,takes information as a means to study,analyze and design the mobile police kiosk information management system to realize the informationization,standardization and efficiency of police information handling.This paper first introduces the background of the system,analyzes the current situation of the information system construction and Qujing City Public Security Bureau's use,and the problems existed in the current police work,puts forward the system design goal and development method.The system combines the business demands and work requirements,use modeling technology and database technology,make detailed request analysis from the business needs,functional requirements,data needs and non-functional requirements,sort out the core business processes in the system,and further gives the illustration.In the system design,using the results of demand analysis,combined with software engineering theory to make the overall design,module design and database design of the mobile police station information management system,describe the core processing flow in the system.Finally,the paper analyzes the design of the system,summarizes the work situation and the content,points out the shortcomings and prospects the further work.
