Design&Implementation Of The Quality Management System For Law Enforcement Of Traffic Police

The information construction is very important for normalizing the work of polices, strengthening polices with science and technology and prompting efficiency. To design and implementation of a Quality Management System for Law Enforcement of Traffic Police will play an important role in the dynamic and online management of the law enforcement of traffic polices.Firstly, the features and key technology of network application program based on.NET are introduced. Then, the actual requirement of law enforcement agencies are deeply investigated, the framework, functional model and data model of the law enforcement management system are analyzed and designed. At last, most modules such as training management, supervising management, records management and quality control are built with.net as the develop platform and Oracle as database server, and functional verification, stress testing and load testing are done to verify the system is available and reliable.The system in this paper has taken good effects and achieved the expected target in practical application.
