Research On Supply Chain Management Of C Company Based On GS1 System

With the products homogenization,a competition of supply chain among enterprises is more popular.A successful supply chain is transferring right product,with right quantity,right quality and right status to the right place in right time.In the information age,supply chain is not only a traditional logistic or transport,but require information automatic acquisition and real-time transmission in each link of supply chain,it's a requirement of big data age.GS1 system is an popular international standard for supply chain,and play an important role on electronic commerce,supply chain coordination,information sharing and so on.It includes coding standard,data acquisition and exchange so that GS1 is the full specification of the information identity and sharing mechanism.The purpose of this paper is to improve C company's core competency by optimizing its supply chain management which can improve its operation management efficiency,reduce cost?This paper,based on the actual situation of C company,first of all,to analyzed the C company's supply chain and its current supply chain management situation.It discovered that ineffective of supply chain operation is the main problem which obstruct the development of C company.Then,this paper propose relative strategy and solutions to problems found in the study and analyze,and proposes relative measures(informatization management optimization,production operation optimization,inventory management optimization and distribution integration optimization)which shall be implemented to align internal and external organization structure and optimize operation processes,in order to reach the goal of improving supply chain performance.And to provides methods for Electronic Commerce,Case bar code,data Synchronisation,and production traceability based on GS1 system.In this paper,on the basis of the analysis of C company's supply chain,GS1 system is introduced to mobile supply chain logistics management.With analysis and simplify the mobile supply chain nodes,the study proposes a specific application of the GS1code identification and data sharing mechanisms in the course of activities of manufacturers,retailers and third-party logistics.Finally,the logistics distribution market information management case is used to illustrate the application and implementation of the encoding standard and vector label.And to emphasized the advantages of GS1:standardization,systematization,and universal property on supply chain management.The thesis is to study GS1 system and how to use it in the implementation of supply chain logistics management,in order to promote the standardization development in the application and implementation process.This can provide the study of the modern supply chain logistics management with some reference.
