Research On The Standardization Information Co-Operated Management System

Enterprises will face the fierce competition in the global market, while China joining the WTO. How to manufacture a product that matches the international standard is the target of enterprises. Integrated manufacture is one of the important methods that make enterprises obtain the ability to win the competition in the market, and the standardized information is the basis of Computer Integrated Manufacture System(CIMS). The logistics information is the basis of supply chain management system, which needs the implementation system. The standardized information management is the soul of logistics management system.Based on the theory of supply chain management, integrate information in CIMS and information classification and coding in CIMS, the theory of information classification and coding in CIMS is used in the logistics information system that covers the reality of enterprises.The standardization information co-operated management system will be studied and designed. The architecture and function model is setup with IDEF0. The standardization information of enterprises will be co-operated, which solves the independence of information in enterprises and threads the different software systems in enterprises. The leader's decision will be based on the accurate information, which is comprehensive and in time. Enterprises will share the standardization data, which is the basis of EDI.Conducted a case study about JianFeng Chemical Industry logistics information system, based on their supply chain business and integration, designed the standardization information management system and contributed to leading the manufacture to bid and setup the supply chain information system.
