The Design And Implementation Of Telecommunications Billing System For Server Rental Business

In recent years,with the rapid popularity and development of B/S based WEB technology,in addition,WEB application system has an advantage of being accessed without relying on the client,so it is widely used as a system of exchange.The subject of this study is using the WEB technology to design and develop a telecommunications billing system,which is based on server rental business.The telecommunications billing system is a major component in telecommunications business systems,in this paper,it consists of three modules:DMS data acquisition client,DMS data acquisition server and MYCTOSS server.Among them,the DMS data acquisition client completes reading out,matching and sending user data.The DMS data acquisition server mainly completes the function of data receiving,saving and integration.In this paper,the two modules together referred to as data acquisition module.MYCTOSS server system as a background management system,it is a Web application of B/S structure,the user with administrator privileges successfully log in the Web server through a browser,then he can use all kinds of businesses provided by the application server,in this paper,the MYCTOSS system implements these eight features altogether:personal information management,role management,administrator management,tariff management,accounting management,business account management,bill management,report management.To ensure the system's portability and stability,this platform is developed mainly based on J2EE.Using J2EE-based Web development technologies and the entire Java system can establish a secure,cross-platform and advanced dynamic web site,moreover,the technology still being updated and optimized constantly.In this project,using the Java programming language as development language,Use the plugins of MyEclipse as the integrated development environment,using Tomcat server as a Web server.In order to realize the establishment and storage of related resources,this paper uses Oracle database as the background application database.In addition,the development process uses Struts,Hibernate and Spring framework for development support.Finally,through analyzing the test results,the telecommunications billing system described in this paper can satisfy the needs of users,and can work normally.
