Design And Implementation Based On J2EE Cangzhou Telecommunications Billing System

With the continuous development of telecommunication technology and computertechnology, for each telecommunications enterprise, design a system to meet therequirements of their operations support has become a key problem to enhance thecompetitiveness of enterprises. At present, our country has already entered the telecomindustry high-speed development period, a large number of the use of advancedtechnology and the issuance of3G licences, telecom technology is faced with more andmore complex situation. Systems and equipment update will affect the stability of thebilling system. In order to improve the CangZhou mobile billing management level, itneeds a billing system with powerful functions. Based on this, this article designed a setof complete billing support system.Our design uses EBOS platform as a development platform of the project. EBOSplatform uses the J2EE architecture, the system application layer is divided into thebasis of the application layer and the business application layer, the basis of theapplication layer primarily responsible for system and database operations control.This paper mainly completed the following work: according to the theory ofsoftware engineering and the users’ business, I complete the requirements analysisthrough UML modeling. And then, according to the requirements analysis I completedthe summary design and detailed design of the system. I complete the analysis anddesign of the account management, bills management, payment management, etc.Finally through the test links for each module and the overall effective testing work,according to the test question modification in time, make the system meet therequirements specified in the requirement analysis of system parameters.The successful implementation of this system to ensure the CangZhou mobilecompanies in terms of pricing quickly and accurately provide the statistics of all kindsof information; ensure that the entire network unified the realization of the function ofservice; reduce artificial technology goes wrong; greatly improve the CangZhou mobilecompany’s work efficiency and management level. The implementation of the system isapplied in telecom enterprises billing support system, the similar system for the design and implementation provides a good model.
