The increasingly competitive telecommunications market. To be able to survivein the fierce competition and sustainable development, in order to attract newcustomers, retain old customers, telecom operators have to study how to stimulateusers to make more use of telecommunications services, to guide and nurturehigh-value customers, increase customer loyalty, achieve "save surge capacity, theamount of coordinated collection development "purposes.By developing this system, the high-end telecom customers integral feedback,enjoy the scorecard grades corresponding to the differential service, club activities andconsumer discounts and other ways to retain customers, to enhance customer appealand use of telecommunications products, customer loyalty degree, indirectly increasethe cost of off-grid customers, to maintain the value of the contribution of the largesttelecommunications and high-end customer base stability.Telecom's low-end customers while the formation of some exciting results, it canbe stabilized at a more reasonable level of consumption; the progressive realization ofcustomer loyalty program "to save the amount of" target. Potential customers fortelecommunications, increasing consumer appeal of telecommunications products,combined with targeted marketing, to make this part of the potential customers willeventually become a telecommunications customers, and gradually achieve customerloyalty program "surge capacity" target. For telecommunications partner, the integralimplementation of the project and its potential consumer groups to promote theeffective expansion, increased business opportunities for the Alliance forTelecommunications and businesses is a win-win.Papers will be overall system requirements analysis, system design, integrationsystem detailed design, module implementation, testing, deploying five areas wereintroduced and elaborated, and detailed design for the scoring system and moduleimplementations highlight.Through the construction and implementation of this project point system tomaintain customer loyalty and achieve customer focus attention on the stock, and thusenhance the telecommunications company in the minds of customers satisfaction, andfurther enhance the telecommunications company in the client's good image.
