In electric power system,safety production is the foundation of the whole system.Safety production is important.Safety production is the center of the whole system.Safety production will be directly related to the safety of the operation of the system.A secure system can create a good order for an enterprise,directly promote the improvement of the quality of employees and the management level of the whole enterprise,and improve the management level of enterprises.The power company in the safety supervision work of the current,there have been the following problems:the supervision personnel to supervise the content is not clear,do not know how to operate is correct,in site supervision and can not timely access to relevant regulations,norms and other guidance documents,which is caused by the safety supervision work safety supervision is not in place;people need to read the document and operation rules of safety supervision of the card,which may cause the safety supervision and administrator working efficiency is low,and very easy to overlook the operation rules in detail,even to correct the wrong operation and cannot;lack of misoperation,not standardized operation statistics,in-depth analysis of reasons for not mining misoperation and do not regulate the operation,is not conducive to improve the overall level of safety management,the lack of statistical analysis of the problems found,and the problem rectification track.This paper is in order to solve the problems in the current safety supervision work of power supply company,designs and implements a power production safety supervision information system for the company their own suitably with adaptive scale.The system will achieve safety supervision and management in power supply company,the power safety supervision in active control status,accident prevention measures as the basic goal.Through carefully combing the company safety supervision and management work,full range scheduling and management supervision,risk pre control supervision,to post in place supervision,job site supervision,statistics analysis of seven aspects of safety supervision and management system,realize normalized operation of power companies in the process of safety production personnel behavior and working procedures,improve the level of safety in production operations,enhance the quality and safety supervision,reduce the accident rate,for the safe production of power supply companies to provide the most effective protection.Firstly,this paper investigates the power supply company's current production safety supervision work development situation and existing problems,expounds for the company to develop a set of convenient and practical,high safety performance,and production safety supervision system of practical significance.Secondly,according to the current technology development trend,this paper outlines the development and deployment of the client in the Android PAD platform,and the server side uses JavaEE technology to solve the system.Thirdly,this paper combines with the company's safety production supervision and management,production leadership and system administrator's work function,comprehensive and analysis the functional requirements of the system deeply.Fourthly,according to requirement analysis,the system is divided for the operation plan,field operation supervision,archiving issues,special inspection plan,accident investigation and statistics analysis.It analyzes the design idea of each module in the core business processes in detail.Lastly,this paper studys the specific implementation method of the system core function module.All the functions of the system are coded,and the basic function of the system is tested.System has been deployed at the scene of the electric power operation.It has achieved good results.The system implements the staff behavior and work procedures of standardized operation,improves the operation level of the safety in production,improve the quality of the safety supervision,reduces the accident rate,provide effective guarantee for safe production company power.
