Design And Implementation Of Production Planning Management System In Electric Power Company

With the deepening of the electric power industry reform as well as the rapid development of economy and the swift growth of electricity load in Liangshan, the scale of Liangshan grid has been continually expanded. The wide use of new equipments and technologies together with the increase in the number of power equipments have in turn aggravated the workload undertaken by the production technology department. However, the existing management process is too complicated and messy to meet the need of production. The production tasks of the electric power industry need to be drafted, submitted and approved through multisteps in accordance with the annual or monthly plan, and the completion of the production planning needs to be registered. A series of jobs like planning, checking and registration are intended to ensure that the commands are unobstructed and supervision are in place, thereby achieving the goal of effective management. The study on a set of production management systems involving the optimization of business management links, the standardization of examination and approval processes, and the sharing of information, is of particular importance to strengthening the supervision and control of tasks as well as improving the level of production management.As illustrated in this paper, the production planning management system of electric power companies is designed and developed based on the common information model to construct the power equipment model and establish a unified, standardized equipment and coding system using the network technology and database technology, with JAVA as the development platform, SQL Server 2012 for software as the database, and B/S three layer network architecture as the system architecture. This system can basically override the power core missions, thus enhancing the related functions of power transmission and transformation, safety inspection and grid dispatching, and the same time help make the production management more standardized and scientized, further strengthening the extensibility and security of the system.The design of the production planning management system of power companies possesses perfect functions and certain advantages in the whole management information system. In addition, the system performance was tested, the test results were analyzed, and relevant suggestions for improvement were raised in the paper in order to better serve the actual production work of the electric power enterprise. The system operation has been constantly improved and optimized, and the safe production planning management system put into use by the electric power companies has achieved some initial success.
