Safety production is related to the interests of the country and the people,is an important guarantee for economic development and social stability,is the inevitable requirement of the scientific development concept,is an important content of building a harmonious society.In recent years,the national security production continues to maintain the overall stability,continuous improvement in the development trend,but the situation is still grim security.Into the implementation of the national security first,prevention first,comprehensive management approach,through the investigation and management of hidden dangers,the implementation of enterprise safety responsibility and the local people's government's responsibility and comprehensive investigation and management of hidden dangers and weak links,the establishment of monitoring and risk prevention and control mechanism,effectively prevent and curb the occurrence of major accidents,to promote safe production conditions to further improve.Safety hazards investigation management system design and implementation,the combination of B/S architecture and C/S system structure,based on government private network and public service network publishing operation,the system uses the JavaEE solutions to achieve,using the object-oriented technology in system analysis and design,using web services technology to achieve heterogeneous system interface.This thesis describes the system functional requirements analysis,key technology application,architecture and database design,encoding implementation,test method design and results analysis,etc System application provides an important means for the safety of production of basic management.Fengcheng city safety hazard investigation and control system using the server operating system is Redhat,the database using the Oracle.This paper expounds the requirements analysis of the safety hazard investigation and control system of fengcheng,and then describes the system function,the system includes list management function module,area management function module,enterprise information management function module,hidden trouble shooting and statistics function module,the function module of legal document,the function module of document notification,video data module,emergency management function module.At the end of the thesis,the system is realized,and all functions of the system are tested.At last,the research and implementation of the system are summarized and the further improvement of the system is needed.
