In recent years, due to the change of the macroeconomic situation and the implementation of national policy for energy conservation and emissions reduction, the existing line loss has been unable to meet the management requirements of the electric power enterprise line loss work, whose calculation and management of statistics was complex, analysis method was single, exception was not obvious and whole period of coverage was imperfect. Therefore, combining with the line loss management work characteristics of the provincial electric power company, setting a target to change demand quickly and develop the system sustainably, this thesis studies and realizes a line loss management platform for the electric power enterprise based on componentized technology. The main work completed by the author is as follows:(1) After adequate consideration of the difficulty, flexibility and extensibility for developing, this thesis uses the SoTower componentized development platform of JavaEE specification, plans the overall framework and design of the line loss management for electric power company, and implements the system application framework, data framework and database structure.(2) Based on SelTree tree components, the system structures power grid digital model, integrates grid primary equipment and secondary equipment, and introduces the concept of pass management.(3) By the way of the customizing planning, the system implements original intention for designing the automatic generation of the relation for ’four categories’ line loss calculation and the visual details traced.(4) The system uses the method of Rich Client development technology and visualization, reduce the difficulty of user operation effectively, and improves the user experience.In this thesis, the design and implementation of the line loss management platform for electric power enterprise has been put into use in a provincial electric power enterprise. Users of each level maintain good relationship with pass and meter by the construction of digital power grid model. The superior and inferior manage the process of pass by the release and confirmation, the system automatically generates calculation model and finishes calculation work, analysis and alarms the result of calculation by the rich displaying style of figure, tables, etc. The system free line loss analysis personnel from the traditional manual creating model and heavy data verification work, then concentrates on line loss analysis fully and searches the reason of line loss exception accurately. Since running, the system is stable and reliable, which has reached the expected goal.
