With the development of society,the influence of Internet and multimedia technology on people's daily life is increasing,but the functions of the existing tutor system are relatively simple.In order to provide parents and tutors with a good information exchange and interaction platform,this paper designed a complete set of tutoring service platform.The platform consists of three parts: parent client,teacher client and service manager.It is a platform with friendly interface,complete functions,simple operation and easy to use,and can provide users with a better user experience.The tutor platform created in this paper mainly uses cross-platform Java technology and adopts C/S mode.The supporting service management terminal uses the JavaEE framework as a background development framework to provide a quick access interface for parents and teacher clients.Moreover,the parent and teacher clients are developed based on the Android platform,and the operation is intuitive and convenient.The platform uses the current popular MySql database as its back-end database,which provides a strong guarantee for the security of the data on the platform and the stability of the program.The core algorithm of this paper mainly adopts K-nearest neighbor and decision tree algorithm,and proposes a new hybrid recommendation algorithm based on the two algorithms.The new hybrid algorithm provides accurate recommendation and indexing services for platform users,and the system test results prove the effectiveness and feasibility of the platform.At the end of this paper,a complete set of tutor information management platform including Android mobile terminal,JavaEE interface and JavaWeb background is formed.
