Design And Implementation Of AFC Professional Equipment Management System For Beijing Metro Design

With the rapid development of China's economy and the expansion of urbanization,the demand for urban rail transit is increasing.Metro AFC(Automatic Fare Collection)is an important professional in subway operation,which plays an important role in subway operation.There are many major categories of Metro equipment management,and the AFC equipment is a relatively important equipment.Whether the equipment works properly has a direct impact on the passenger's smooth passage.At the same time,AFC is a troubleshooting device.Therefore,how to improve the efficiency of the management of AFC equipment,improve the efficiency of the equipment effectively,and ensure the safety of subway operation is an important subject for metro operation company in recent years.The design and implementation of the Management system of Beijing metro AFC professional equipment is of great significance to improve the management efficiency of the Beijing metro AFC professional equipment and the research of the subway.The main contents of this thesis include:(1)Analysis of the application and research status of the equipment management system at home and abroad;the research background and significance of the equipment management system are introduced.(2)The demand analysis of Management system of Beijing metro AFC professional equipment is discussed,and the design idea,design principle and the current situation of Beijing metro AFC professional equipment management are discussed.This thesis introduces the architecture design and database design of management system of Beijing metro AFC professional equipment.(3)The detailed design and implement the Management system of Beijing metro AFC professional equipment of three main modules,the three modules respectively: equipment master data management,equipment maintenance management,and scheduled maintenance management of equipment.(4)Describe the system deployment test environment,introduce the test method and process of Management system of Beijing metro AFC professional equipment,and analyze the test results.Based on Beijing metro AFC professional existing equipment management of the status quo,combined with domestic equipment information management system and international advanced equipment management information system usage,on the basis of abandoned and absorption,the advanced equipment management thoughts and the Internet technology,carefully constructed equipment management platform,to optimize the management as the goal,task management as the core,focusing on the failure analysis,the implementation of the whole process of comprehensive management,promote the modernization process of metro equipment management.
