With the constant improvement of modern science,technology,and the level of urbanization and informatization,people have put forward higher requirements of the quality,cost and reliability of the power supply.It has been the construction target of the National grid and municipal power supply department,which is to further regulate the function,performances and acceptance so that improvement of the standardized management level of electric power information collection system.In order to do this,the paper design and implement an information collection system for a power supply company based on B/S structure so as to manage the end-users' electricity consumption information of the power supply companies.Based on the requirement analysis of the original meter reading system of the power supply company,this paper uses GPRS(General Packet Radio Service)technology,low voltage power line carrier communication technology,JDBC technology,and the Struts2 application framework to design the power supply company and realize the performance layer,logic layer and data layer three-tier logical structure of a business process specification,higher working efficiency,operability strong with electric information acquisition system.Among them,the presentation layer mainly adopts JSP technology to dynamically display the data,logic layer using interceptor,filters,etc.To complete the business logic,and the management and operation processControl.And then,this paper discusses the design and implementation process of the functional components,such as the collection and management,data analysis,control management,operation management,statistical query of the system,the design process and result of the system database.Finally,the results of functional testing and non-functional testing of the system are given.The system that designed and implemented has been deployed on the line and initially used in the power supply,power verification and other management work.It has achieved good results.At present,it only finished the collection of electricity information and preliminary application.In the further,it will be applied to off-peak power consumption field with the collected electricity information.
