The electric vehicle with the advantages of cleaning, environmental protection and energy conservation has become the hot spot of the world's automobile industry development. It has conformed to the world's trend of a low-carbon economic model and made the breakthroughs of some key technologies. However, simultaneously, it has also agglomerated a number of questions in which the managing and controlling technology of power source is one of the key technologies awaited for further studies, which has brought major difficulties for the commercial application of charging system.The present paper precisely solves the above-mentioned questions. It takes the monitoring data acquisition system of electric vehicle charging as the main object of study. According to the requirements and future development trends of the data collected, it has designed the communication protocol between the data acquisition system of the battery charging station and the charger. The main contents are as follows:1. It probes into the implementation of the system model. Based on the middleware platform of network correspondence, it has developed the graphics subsystem, real-time database subsystem, historical data acquisition subsystem and pre-data acquisition subsystem. In view of the specific demands of charge monitoring on these platforms, it has also developed the system's SCADA function, WEB issuing function, data repeater function and so on.2. It has designed the communication protocol between the charge monitoring system and the charger. CAN Bus-based front-end data acquisition system, PC inserted in the CAN-PC interface, and other hardware module with a CAN controller can be easily connected to a CAN bus. Compared with the traditional monitoring system based on the RS485 bus, this plan has the obvious superiority in the aspects of communication capacity, reliability, timeliness, flexibility, usability, transmitting range and so on.3. It has designed the union pattern of distributional and central memory of historical data.
