Design And Realization Of Spot Information Acquisition System Based On Android Platform

Currently, the society has been transiting from the information era to the mobile Internet era. There are unprecedentedly abundant useful information at the scene of crime. It no longer relies on one department to crack a case. Contradictions between composite battle’s requirements of spot information acquisition and sharing and insufficient police strength have been exposed. That’s exactly the main problem to be solved by this paper. Starting from requirements of actual combat, this paper designs and realizes the spot information acquisition system based on Android platform, verifies its function and effects, proves that this system conforms to requirements of handling cases by all departments and improves working efficiency to a certain extent.This paper does the following work:First of all, it introduces the development status of Public Security Information System, studies the application of mobile terminal in the public security area, and then analyzes the mode and disadvantages of existing spot information acquisition. It discovers that basic information required by all police classifications has been collected repeatedly, the mechanism of sharing collected information is not smooth and the collected information is transmitted slowly. It puts forward to save police strength and improve efficiency of acquisition,transmission and sharing by adopting the spot information acquisition terminal.Next, this paper introduces some key technologies which shall be applied in the mobile terminal of spot information acquisition and reasons why it chooses the Android platform to develop. Key technologies include VPDN transmission technology, security boundary technology and H.264 coding technique. Through application of these technologies, the spot information acquisition terminal can realize functions as expected.Then this paper analyzes the overall demand of this system and considers that it should adopt the structure of client/server-side, including functional modules of acquisition function, case management, authority management, data management, data query and real-time alarm. Targeted at requirements of all modules, it makes descriptions in detail.According to requirements provided, this paper designs the overall structure and functional module, and also realizes module of acquisition function, case management, authority management, data management, data query and real-time alarm one by one. Meanwhile, it still designs all interfaces of mobile terminals of spot information acquisition system and realizes functions of terminal logging, user management and automatic identification.Finally, based on a real case, this paper designs a simulation scene and verifies the system’s functions by simulating the spot information acquisition, compares the acquisition results with data collected by traditional spot investigation and verifies effects of the system. Through the verification, it discovers that, the spot information acquisition system based on Android platform can be qualified to requirements of basic information acquisition of all reconnaissance departments and complete the sorting and sharing of information at short notice.Through the design and realization of spot information acquisition system based on Android platform, this paper solves the contradiction between increasingly abundant spot information and insufficient police strength, so as to improve the efficiency of cracking cases.
