Design And Implementation Of Vehicle Management System For Investigation Team

In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet technology,network has been applied in social life rapidly,information management technology is becoming more and more popular.Manual data processing has the shortcomings such as low efficiency,more errors,conserving difficultly and so on.It is bound to be eliminated when the information age comes.Therefore,to ultimately exert the resources efficiently,to greatly enhance the work efficiency,to achieve fine management,and to control as well as coordinate various resources,is the urgent problems to solve for most corporations,so that it would make the best use of the resources.How to improve and ameliorate the overall quality and efficiency of vehicle management business is one of the challenges and problems faced by investigation teams in the development process.Through the analysis of inspection of vehicle management business of investigation teams,this paper takes the software engineering theory and methodology to design and implement a survey brigade vehicle management system,which can solve the problems of the low quality and efficiency faced by investigation teams when they handle the original artificial vehicle management business.Under this background,this paper aiming at problems of time-consuming,low informatization level faced by investigation teams in the vehicle management business,it takes the theory and methods of software engineering theory,application software development technology of C#.NET and related theories based on the detailed research and analysis of the problems of design and implementation of the investigation team of the vehicle management system.Firstly,according to the characteristics and status of vehicle management of investigation teams,this paper has done the requirements analysis of the system,non functional requirements analysis and system analysis,including the sub function modules of the system and the overall demand,as well as the construction of the use case diagram and activity diagram of each functional module with UML modeling language.Then according to the requirements analysis,it has designed the system architecture,sub function modules and the database,in which the system architecture uses the C/S structure,and the design pattern uses the MVC design pattern.The core business function module is divided into basic information management,application management,vehicle maintenance management,vehicle cost management,vehicle insurance management,and through the class diagram and sequence diagram it has introduced design of each sub module in detail.Database design firstly gives the system's E-R diagram design,and then gives the database's logic model design and each data table design.According to the need of business functions,I am determined to develop framework of MVC system module using C# technology,and the database uses the Firebird database,and then the detailed design of each management module has been done.Later the overall function module diagram of the system has been designed,and the specific realization process of vehicle management of each business module are described.Finally,test case design and test results of functional testing and performance testing system have been introduced.The test results of the overall development situation of vehicle management system and the test of system show that vehicle management system basically can complete the design function accurately,and can ensure the office staff of the investigation team and leaders complete vehicle management tasks,and greatly reduce the amount of labor workers,improve efficiency,optimize processes,improve management,it has achieved the desired goals at the same time,the function and performance index of the system has reached the predetermined requirements of the analysis standard.
