Obviously, it is very important and valuable to strengthen and standardize the motor vehicle driver's test management by technical methods such as computer program, computer network and so on.Based on the thorough analysis and the research to the needs of the motor vehicle driver qualifications examination management, We propose a solution that build "Motor Vehicle Driver Examination Management System", uses the C/S pattern, the three-tier architecture, the Oracle database, and the Computer software development tools,such as Microsoft.Net,Delphi. This paper describes the system use case analysis and design process,described system's design idea and the major function module construction with realizes.The computer system which researched in this paper and built in motor vehicle driver examination management maximize the advantages of computer management. It has the management functions of effective realization of the Info Diffusion, examination management, resource sharing, and query statistics. Practice shows that the development and construction of the system fundamentally solve the long-standing city motor vehicle driver manual test management work in the outstanding problems, reduce the human factors in the test management, and promote the standardization of test administration. By using this system, we achieved the purpose of preventing effectively road traffic accidents at source.
