Sunshine Group is a large enterprise which has more than 10000 employees.With the development of the enterprise,the attendance situation is becoming more and more complex.If you still follow the old method to statistics attendance,there will be the following questions: 1.Large amount artificial statistical work.2.Some attendance cannot be included because of the complex shift which will result in simple statistics mistakes.3.The statistical result is not easy to be found.4.Exist the human attendance record.5.Attendance data cannot be connected with the wage.6.Although there are some standalone attendance systems in some departments,these systems cannot meet the check out requirements because of its simple function,disconnection to the network.The company top attaches great importance to the enterprise attendance system,which has put forward corresponding requirements after relevant meetings.The company top hope that the newly developed enterprise attendance system should not only have daily attendance management function but also has corresponding function as special demands for the company.The design requirements of the enterprise attendance system are as the followings: The system bases on Delphi software development tools,uses the Firebird free database,adopts the model of C/S architecture,implements the collection and summary of check on work attendance data and a series of other relevant software functions.The development is convenient,the system is used conveniently which has received good actual effects.The enterprise attendance system is becoming an integral part of company ERP system.Enterprise attendance system mainly includes the following work: 1.Maintenance of personnel data 2.Collection and preservation of fingerprint information 3.Collection and preservation of facial information 4.Collection of raw attendance data 5.Summary of the attendance data 6.Setting shifts and scheduling employees 7.Querying attendance summary data,attendance detailed data.The research and development of enterprise attendance system has the following technical characteristics:1.Use local caching technology.Data collected after a one-time client computer on the computer,the process without frequent interaction with the server,the statistical speed increased by 10 times.2.Provides a unified data acquisition interface.Through the independent development of the interface directly with the punch-card machine to complete the following tasks:(1)The original data of attendance collection.(2)Upload and download fingerprint information.(3)Upload and download facial information.(4)Attendance users to increase and delete.(5)Punch-card machine time update.The self-developed interface itself is part of the enterprise attendance system,the completion of the above tasks do not need to open other systems.The enterprise attendance system which is based on the topic research meet the requir ements of building a modern information enterprise.Using computers for attendance mana gement has the incomparable virtues than the manual management: 1.Quickly get attendan ce summary data and attendance detailed data whose accuracy is high.2.Accurately and c onveniently query the data.3.The high data security which can effectively prevent the artif icial modification.4.The data is stored on the hard disk which saves paper and reduces the enterprise production cost.5.Greatly increased work efficiency of managers which impro ves the efficiency of enterprise management.Enterprise attendance system development have been applied to the company attendan ce.Data acquisition and data statistics are quick and convenient.The stable performance,h ight data security and friendly interface of the system was deeply loved by corporate users.
