The traditional project management is deemed to the project management list project schedule management table,each member according to the list of items,a technical staff as long as according to the project schedule and ensure the quality of the completion of the entire project,then can be completed smoothly.However,the development of modern project management theory does not think so.Project management includes project technicians,project process and target management,etc..At present,with the development of computer technology,various tools of project management emerge in an endless stream,but the success or failure of tools and are not necessarily linked,there is a good tool and can not guarantee that the project is completed on time.The theory of modern project management system,project management system is divided into seven parts,including technical personnel,corporate culture,knowledge,method of organization,project management and project information management,project planning,project management and monitoring project team communication and coordination etc..A good project management system should be built on these seven parts,according to the actual needs of the company to adjust.A complete project management system should contain the following modules according to these seven parts.The administrative module is mainly responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties of the company,including administrative approval and routine process approval.Project management is mainly to manage the ongoing project work,including the approval of the project outsourcing work.Material management module is mainly in the process of project management of materials,including new materials and materials used for the management of the situation.Human resources management module is mainly responsible for the company personnel related management,such as staff induction and departure management,staff promotion management and a series of management work.The financial information management module is mainly responsible for the daily financial management of the company,including the reimbursement of employees and the costof the project,and so on.System management is mainly responsible for the management of authority and information maintenance,as well as the upgrading of the system management.With the development of computer technology,various companies have gradually developed their own business based on B/S or C/S architecture of project management system,these management systems also brought a lot of convenience to the enterprise.The information is more open and transparent,and the business process is more standardized.However,with the progress of mobile terminal technology,people no longer satisfied with computer office,more people are willing to use mobile devices such as mobile phones as office tools,so that more convenient,easy to carry.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a project management system based on mobile terminal.The current development technology and hardware conditions for the development of such a APP also provides a good environment for development.This article is based on the actual needs of the development of a mobile terminal project management APP.
