In August 2012,Tencent launched a new service based on WeChat-WeChat public platform.WeChat once launched a public platform to get a good reputation,and quickly swept.Companies,media,government and other organizations have registered accounts,the use of this platform to push messages,provide services,publicity,thereby enhancing visibility.WeChat public platform to win a good reputation,has become an important platform after micro-blog.Since the opening of the public platform for the registration of WeChat,many colleges and universities to register their own account,for school teachers and students to push the campus information,current news,campus services,entertainment hotspots and other information.WeChat public platform has become an important media platform after the campus newspaper,radio and television stations.The establishment of the University WeChat public platform has also been the concern of teachers and students and sought after.Therefore,the user really need what kind of features and content,how can we have to continue to focus on the user,the operation of the WeChat public platform is particularly important.Based on the theory of Uses and Satisfactions this paper takes “Hebei University Youth” as an example,and takes the case study method,questionnaire survey method and content analysis method to analyze the development of "Hebei University Youth" Status,user situation,and the user needs.The fifth chapter is the focus of this paper.This chapter combines the analysis of the previous chapters to fond the strategies of attract users,the strategy of “Hebei University youth” through the creation and spread of the good reputation of good word-of-mouth marketing,to attract the user's attention;through the construction of community and user generated content model to strengthen the interaction with the users and make fans actived;by improving the quality of content,to precipitation precision fans.
